1. Subscription Fees

AssetBuddy is a digital subscription service with no physical goods to return. When you cancel a paid plan, your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for -- we do not refund the unused portion of that period. See our Cancellation Policy for how cancelling works.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you've been charged incorrectly -- for example, a duplicate charge -- contact us using the details on our Contact Us page and we'll investigate and correct it.

3. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other applicable South African law.
