Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, any time, with no notice period. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. See our Cancellation Policy.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
We don't refund the unused portion of a billing period, but if you're charged in error we'll investigate and correct it. See our Return / Refund Policy.
How does the AI document scanning work?
Upload a photo of an invoice or insurance policy and AssetBuddy's AI reads the details for you -- you always review and confirm before anything is saved.
Can I share my account with family or a team?
Yes -- create a shared entity, invite people by email, and give each person a role (viewer, editor, deleter or admin).
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Cancelling a paid plan simply moves your account to Free once your paid period ends.
